From the beginning of August 14, 2019, the armed units from the Russian Federation and their mercenaries have violated the ceasefire regime 6 times. The enemy fired at our units’ position with grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.

In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactic force “EAST,” the adversary fired at the Joint Forces’ positions 5 times:

Near PISKY village fro the direction of VESELE village – with small arms;

Near LEBEDYNSKE village from the direction of UZHIVKA village – with heavy machine guns and small arms;

Three times near HNUTOVE village from the direction of PIKUZA village – with portable anti-tank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms.

In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactic force “NORTH,” the adversary fired at the Joint Forces’ positions once:

Near PIVDENNE village, from the direction of GAGARIN coal mine – with portable anti-tank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns.

Over August 13, the armed units from the Russian Federation and their mercenaries have violated the ceasefire regime 13 times. The enemy fired at the Joint Forces’ positions with various grenade launcher systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms.

The facts of fire opened at our positions were documented near TALAKIVKA, VODYANE, HNUTOVE, NOVOHNATIVKA, NOVOTROITSKE, KRASNOHORIVKA, LEBEDYNSKE, PAVLOPIL, and AVDIYIVKA.

There were no casualties on our side over the last 24 hours.
Yesterday, the representatives of the National Police and the National Guard of Ukraine working as parts of the Joint Forces have uncovered 1 case of aggravated assault and battery, 7 thefts, one case of fraud, 2 facts of illegal handling of firearms and 8 facts of illegal narcotics possession.

Approximately 21,000 persons and more than 2,000 vehicles entered the Joint Forces’ jurisdiction through points of the controlled entry. Twenty-one thousand and 206 persons and 2,560 vehicles exited through the same points. Twenty-nine persons were denied the right to cross the demarcation line.

On August 12, 2019, the armed units of of the Russian Federation and their mercenaries have violated the ceasefire regime 10 times. The enemy fired at the Joint Forces’ positions with various grenade launcher systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms.

The facts of opened fire were documented near PYSHCHEVYK, SHYROKYNE (twice), NOVOTROYITSKE, PAVLOPOL, TALAKIVKA, PISKY, HNUTOVE, ZAYTSEVE and MAYORSK villages.

As a result of the enemy fire, one service person of the Joint Forces was wounded.

The military and civilian administrative and judicial organs in the area of the Joint Forces Operation worked according to their routine schedules. The social, political, and humanitarian situation remains under the control of the Joint Forces.

The Joint Forces’ units adhere to the ceasefire regime and are ready to confront any treacherous or provocative activities of the adversary.
