Over the date of August 27, the armed units from the Russian Federation and the Russian mercenaries have violated the ceasefire regime 5 times. The adversary fired at the positions of the Joint Forces’ units with various grenade launcher systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms.

In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactic force “EAST,” the adversary fired at the Joint Forces’ positions 4 times:

Near TALAKIVKA village, from the direction of PIKUZY village – with a stationary anti-tank grenade launcher and small arms;

In the vicinity of VODIANE village from the direction of the town of AZOV – with portable anti-tank grenade launchers;
Near PAVLOPIL village, from the direction of the UKRAYINSKE village – with automatic grenade launchers;
Near MARIINKA village, from the direction of TRUDIVSKE village – with under barrel grenade launchers.

In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactic force “NORTH,” the adversary fired at the Joint Forces’ positions once:

Near SVITLODARSK village, from the direction of LOZOVE village – with an automatic grenade launcher and small arms.
Over the current date (Aug. 27, 2019), due to the enemy fire, 1 service person of the Joint Forces was wounded.

On August 26, the armed units from the Russian Federation and the Russian mercenaries have violated the ceasefire regime 12 times. The adversary fired at the Joint Forces positions with weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, namely, the 82-mm mortars. Also, the adversary fired with various system grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms.

The facts of enemy fire were recorded near VODIANE, LEBEDYNSKE, and PAVLOPIL villages.

Over August 26, due to the enemy fire, 1 service person of the Joint Forces was wounded.

Yesterday, the representatives of the National Police and the National Guard of Ukraine working as parts of the Joint Forces have uncovered 1 murder, 8 thefts, and 12 cases of illegal narcotics possession.

Nineteen thousand and 172 persons and 2,401 vehicles entered the territory controlled by the Joint Forces through points of the controlled entry. Thirteen thousand and 233 persons and 1,754 vehicles exited through the same points. Twenty-six persons were denied the right to cross the demarcation line.

The military and civilian administrative and judicial organs worked according to their routine schedules.

The Joint Forces units are adhering to the ceasefire regime and are ready to counteract any treacherous or provocative actions of the adversary.
