Today, February 10, 2015, around 12:30 pm local time, Russian terrorists shelled the Antiterrorist Operation Headquarters in the city of Kramatorsk. The headquarters are located far away from residential areas. The rockets hit military targets and a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. Civilian casualties are reported.

The total number of victims has not yet been confirmed.
It is obvious that just ahead of the next stage of negotiations, the Russian Federation increases stakes in the undeclared war against Ukraine, challenges the world community, and continues to intimidate and terrorize not only Ukraine but the whole world.
