Militants in Slovyansk are partially deprived of communication. For many of them the Internet stopped to work. Terrorists actively encourage local residents to remove password from their Wi-Fi access points to keep on exchanging and gathering of intelligence information from Zello channels and social networks.
However the locals show no haste to help terrorists because many people know that the IP addresses from which activity of militants will be detected will be recorded and each of those who opens their network to terrorists could be prosecuted for aiding international terrorism.
Work is already underway in this direction. This applies not only to Slovyansk but to other cities where terrorist gangs act as well.
Be careful, do not let the terrorists use you!
