The armed units from the Russian Federation and the Russian mercenaries fired at our units’ positions with small arms.
In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactic force “EAST,” the adversary fired at the Joint Forces’ positions once:
Near VODIANE village, from the direction of UZHIVKA village – with small arms.
In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactic force “NORTH,” the adversary fired at the Joint Forces’ positions once:
Near PIVDENNE village, from the direction of the GAGARIN MINE – with small arms.
As a result of an explosion of an unidentified explosive device, one service person was wounded.

On the contrary, the armed units from the Russian Federation and the Russian mercenaries have violated the ban on the use of all weapons 6 times. Of these, one violation was using weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, namely, 82-mm mortars. The adversary also fired at our defenders with a heavy machine gun and small arms.
The facts of disturbing fire were documented near VERKHNYOTORETSKE, PISKY, LEBEDYNSKE, and VODIANE villages.
On August 4, the representatives of the National Police and of the National Guard of Ukraine acting as parts of the Joint Forces have uncovered 1 theft, 1 case of hooliganism, 1 case of fraud, and 4 cases of illegal narcotics possession. Three persons were arrested on suspicion of participating in the activities of the armed units from the Russian Federation and the Russian mercenaries and transferred to the judicial organs. Fifteen misdemeanors were documented.
Yesterday, more than 16,000 persons and 2,200 vehicles entered the Joint Forces’ jurisdiction through points of the control entry. Fourteen thousand and 500 persons and 2,000 vehicles exited through the same points. Thirty-eight persons were denied the right to cross the demarcation line.
The military and civilian administrative and judicial organs worked according to their routine schedules. The social, political, and humanitarian situation remains under the control of the Joint Forces. The units of the Joint Forces are ready to fulfill their tasks!

Збройні формування Російської Федерації та її найманці обстрілювали позиції наших підрозділів зі стрілецької зброї.В районі відповідальності оперативно-тактичного угруповання "СХІД" противник здійснив один обстріл позицій Об'єднаних сил:поблизу ВОДЯНОГО з напрямку УЖІВКИ – застосовуючи стрілецьку зброю.В районі відповідальності оперативно-тактичного угруповання "ПІВНІЧ" позиції наших захисників були обстріляні 1 раз:неподалік ПІВДЕННОГО з напрямку шахти ім. ГАГАРІНА – застосовуючи стрілецьку зброю.Внаслідок підриву на невідомому вибуховому пристрої один військовослужбовець отримав поранення.4 серпня підрозділи ОС дотримувалися сталого режиму припинення вогню. Натомість, збройні формування Російської Федерації та її найманці шість разів порушили заборону на використання будь-якої зброї. З них 1 раз – із застосуванням забороненої Мінськими угодами зброї – мінометів калібру 82 мм. Також, противник відкривав вогонь по наших захисниках з великокаліберного кулемету та стрілецької зброї.Факти турбуючого вогню противника зафіксовано поблизу населених пунктів ВЕРХНЬОТОРЕЦЬКЕ, ПІСКИ, ЛЕБЕДИНСЬКЕ та ВОДЯНЕ.4 серпня в районі проведення ООС представниками Національної поліції України та Національної гвардії України зі складу Об'єднаних сил розкрито 1 крадіжку, 1 хуліганство, 1 шахрайство та 4 факти незаконного поводження з наркотичними засобами. За підозрою участі у складі збройних формувань Російської Федерації та її найманців затримано та передано до правоохоронних органів 3 особи. Виявлено 15 адміністративних правопорушень. Вчора через контрольні пункти в'їзду-виїзду на контрольовану Об'єднаними силами територію в'їхало понад 16000 осіб та 2200 транспортних засобів. 14500 осіб та 2000 транспортних засобів перетнули лінію зіткнення у зворотному напрямку. 38-ом особам було відмовлено в пропуску через лінію розмежування.Військово-цивільні адміністрації та правоохоронні органи в районі проведення операції працювали у штатному режимі. Суспільно-політична та гуманітарна обстановка залишається під контролем Об'єднаних сил. Підрозділи ОС до виконання завдань готові!
