Combat Crews of MLRS BM-21 “Grad” of the 19th Motorized Brigade Identified along the Border with Ukraine

There is a small camp with combat vehicles of multiple rocket launchers BM-21 “Grad” in the forest grove near Varenik (Matveev Kurgan district of the Rostov region of the Russian Federation). The camp is set up a few kilometers away from the border with Ukraine.

This is probably a battery, which would consist of 6-8 units of MLRS BM-21 “Grad”, from the 19th Motorized Brigade. This brigade is based in Sputnik village, near Vladikavkaz, North Ossetia.

These “Grads” periodically roam from one location to another, shelling at targets located in the territory of Ukraine.

This post is based on observations and information from various sources and is supported with the appropriate photos. This article will be updated when more details are acquired.
