On February 15, 2017, the ex-Russian State Duma deputy Denis Voronenkov, who ran from Russia to Ukraine in the fall of 2016 and was granted Ukrainian citizenship in December, stated in his interview to the TV channel “Hromadske”, that Vladislav Surkov, a Russian President’s aide, was allegedly categorically opposed to the annexation of the Crimea.

Voronenkov’s statement that tried to whitewash the reputation of one of the main architects of the “Novorossia” project that grew out of Russia’s war against Ukraine, caused an outrage in the Ukrainian society. The runaway Russian deputy, who himself voted in favor of the “joining of the Crimea to Russia”, continues Kremlin’s hybrid war against Ukraine even after becoming a refugee and a Ukrainian citizen.

The volunteers of the international intelligence community InformNapalm have evidence showing that either Voronenkov is incompetent to speak about the role of Surkov in unleashing the war against Ukraine, or he intentionally lays all the responsibility for the events that happened over the last three years onto a single person (meaning Putin). But the war is not unleashed by just a single tyrant – thousands and hundreds of thousands of citizens are always involved in planning and carrying out an aggression. And Vladislav Surkov is far from being a bit player in this scenario. In reality, he is the grey cardinal of the Russian aggression.

On February 18, Ukrainian hacktivists revealed the truth behind Voronenkov’s statements and provided us with exclusive photos (a 1.3GB archive) and audio recordings from the meetings of the Russian terrorist organization “Union of Donbas Volunteers” (UDV) that were held in the annexed Crimea in May 2016 and in Moscow in November 2016. Vladislav Surkov was a guest of honor at these meetings.

The audio recording from the Crimean meeting of the terrorists was obtained courtesy of the deputy director of “Union of Donbas Volunteers”, Head of the Department of organizational and legal support Mariya Daniltseva (she has her own profile in the Purgatory of the “Peacemaker” web site).

The meeting, held on May 19, 2016, in the occupied Crimea, was attended by the occupational “Head of the Crimea” Sergey Aksyonov and Vladislav Surkov. The recording of the meeting is available on Soundcloud.

The next UDV meeting was held in Moscow on November 4, 2016. Ukrainian Cyberalliance hacktivists belonging to the “Cyberhunta” team, provided us with exclusive photos taken at the meeting, where Vladislav Surkov happily posed for photos with terrorists and infamous murderers, who brought the war to the Donbas.

This photo shows Vladislav Surkov, a senior FSB political strategist and the head of UDV Alexander Borodai, a neo-Nazi from St. Petersburg, the war criminal, who fought in the “Rusich” terrorist group, Alexey Milchakov, and other odious personalities of terroristic beaumonde. Note that the curtains are intentionally closed: this picture wasn’t supposed to be made public.

Below is a series of photos confirming that Surkov was not an accidental visitor at the meeting.

Probably, it was this meeting and the promises of support by senior representatives of Kremlin that inspired “the chieftain of the Great Don Army” Nikolay Kozitsyn to issue an order, dated January 30, 2017, on the formation of new units of “volunteers” in Russia (up to 50 thousand) for deployment to the Ukrainian Donbas. As a reminder, Kozitsyn himself fled the Donbas after an assassination attempt, for fear that he might suffer the same fate as other warlords of “LPR/DPR” armed gangs.

As for Vladislav Surkov, who Denis Voronenkov so clumsily tried to exculpate, he repeatedly ended up in the center of InformNapalm’s attention in the course of the analysis of the correspondence of his administrative office, obtained by Ukrainian hacktivists (more information can be found in #SurkovLeaks reports – part 1, part 2).

Therefore, the Kremlin’s push for further escalation of warfare and the increase in the number of casualties among the population of Ukraine remains unchanged. Russia hasn’t dropped its plans, instead it continues to support terrorism.

The participants of the UDV meeting talk with increased confidence about the need for Russian “volunteers” for fighting in different parts of the world. It is not just Ukraine and Syria that are targeted by Russia but also other countries. In the past, efforts to placate the aggressor using soft power or agreements led to world wars, it is definitely a high time to draw conclusions from the past mistakes and immediately use the forces of the whole civilized world to stand up to the Russian aggression, before its terror has overtaken the whole world.

The list of the UDV meeting invitees included Sergey Dubinsky, also known under the nickname “Khmury”. In 2014, he was the head of the so-called Main Intelligence Directorate of DPR and was involved in transporting from Russia into Ukraine the Buk missile system that was subsequently used to shoot down #MH17. The photo below shows Dubinsky together with the sadist and neo-Nazi Milchakov.
