In late March InformNapalm ran a feature about the email hack of a Russian war criminal Colonel Sergey Atroshchenko, commander of 960th Assault Aviation Regiment (AAR), military unit 75387. Following this operation, Ukrainian hacktivist team Cyber Resistance also investigated the work email of the medical service commander of 960th AAR.

The mailbox owned by the lieutenant of the medical service Svyatoslav Filatov had a very “secret” account name bondjamesbond007@bk.ru and was used exclusively for sending various medical certificates containing the data of the personnel of military unit 75387. This email address was spotted in the correspondence of Sergey Atroshchenko who also received medical documentation from Filatov.

Cyber Resistance hacktivists exclusively handed over to InformNapalm volunteer intelligence community volunteers the data of this correspondence and retrieved attached documents. The dump lead to the identification of more than 150 servicemen (and several civilian contractors) of the 960th AAR. Of these, 74 individuals were officers. Read more about this operation below.

    Bond, James Bond

Meet agent 007 of military unit 75387: Filatov Svyatoslav Alexandrovich, born on 09/04/1995, passport of the Russian Federation: # 2015908908, tel. 79117480631. He runs a VK account under the nickname Svyatoslav Zhilin (account archive, friends archive).

From a scanned copy of the explanation note dated 2019, which was sent to the prosecutor’s office of the 314th Garrison, we learned the general data of this officer.

In 2020, the commander of the 960th AAR applied to the commander of the Military Medical Academy with a request to admit Lieutenant Filatov to the 6th Faculty of Advanced Training for a training course in Aviation and Space Medicine.

The mail drive also contained several photos of Lieutenant “Bond” spotting a balaclava and some medical equipment.

Using OSINT methods, we managed to find an unmasked photo of this Russian officer from an earlier period of his studies at the university.

The commander of the medical service of the 960th AAR himself was not of much interest to us, unlike the documents that he kept in his work mailbox. These documents made it possible to collect additional data and establish the identities of a number of officers from the military unit 75387.

Key personnel list of military unit 75387

We have no intention to overwhelm our readers with more than a hundred scanned copies of medical certificates that we studied while preparing this feature. However, we will provide several examples as an illustration to our method for drawing the key personnel list of the military unit 75387 published below. Full names, dates of birth, positions were collected from each document, which also made it possible to find passport data, telephone numbers and other information in open-source registers and databases.

Also, the documents helped us establish that during the absence of Colonel Atroshchenko (when he was on vacations, business trips or sick leaves), the duties of the 960th AAR commander were performed by Colonel Vasily Glushak, born on 06/22/1978, Russian passport: # 0303690539, tel. 79186839979, 79780762426.

Thus, having studied each certificate, we compiled a table with identification data of 74 key officers of military unit 75387, the 960th AAR, listed below. With the exception of the regiment commander, his deputies and senior officers, who gave orders to destroy military and civilian targets, the degree of personal responsibility of other officers listed below in the commission of war crimes on the territory of Ukraine is yet to be established.

We did not add to this table the commissioned officers, sergeants and privates, as well as civilian contractors identified during the analysis of the source materials. However, the entire list of more than 150 servicemen has been added to the database of the Myrotvorets Center where every Russian serviceman can be found by a search query.
