The fourth ship was flooded by Russian military personnel in the Crimean Donuzlav Bay. Russian servicemen stoke own ships to block the entrances and exits of the bay. The information was given by the head of the Media Center of the Ministry of Defence in the Crimea Vladislav Seleznev in his account in Facebook.
