Militants of “DPR” and “LPR” terrorist organizations continue to shell settlements in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

On August 15, 2014 terrorists shelled Stepove settlement with MLRS BM-21 “Grad”.

The terrorists are always trying to throw responsibility for the victims and the destruction onto the ATO forces. This is shown once again in this conversation.
