    According to Dmitry Tymchuk, the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation intends to carry out a rotation of Black Sea Fleet personnel and former servicemen of UA Navy who came over to Russian side. Soon these categories of servicemen will make make some unpleasant discoveries which will affect both the positions they hold and and their place of service.
