Ali Tatar-zade said that it was possible to identify the “self-defense” member killed yesterday in Simpferopol together with Ukrainian military. He was a native citizen of Volgograd region. His name is Ruslan Kazakov (Kotelnikov city). He was a combatant in the second Checen campaign. This is how he was killed: another member of “self-defense” was wounded and Ruslan tried to pull him away and this is when he was killed by the sniper. This bloody provocation suring which 2 persons were killed and several ones were wounded was organized by the Russian military; shooting was performed from one place, an unifinished house.
