All regions that border on Donbass and Crimea, the two regions that are occupied by Russia, are involved in preparation of defences from possible military conflict. Any of these directions can bring danger. That is why Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions are getting ready as a priority.
