InformNapalm.org team continues registering the crimes committed by the Russian militants in the occupied Donbas.
During the analysis of friends of the militant Vadim Komar from the connected topic ‘Russian MLRS are concealed on the demarcation line’ a discovery was made that the terrorists set their positions inside a block of multistorey buildings in the town of Pervomaisk. The militants also set positions for 9K38 ‘Igla’ MRL systems (NATO reporting name – ‘Grouse’) on the roofs of the buildings, and firing points in the apartments.
A commander vehicle as well as a tented truck with white mark on the roof for identification from the air are seen in the picture taken from the roof of the building. This vehicle can also be found at the same place in other pictures uploaded by the militants to social networks in May and August of 2015.
Pay attention that these pictures were taken at the same place near the residential building, but at different time. First, the picture taken in May shows grass and leaves on trees in bright, saturated color whereas the August picture has leaves on trees already with yellow tint meaning pictures correspond to the dates indicated on them. Second, the windows on the 3rd and 4th storeys are broken in the May picture, but they are nailed with wood in the August one.
As we can see, the Russian militants have a permanent position here, and the people in the buildings are hostages. Everything is like V. Putin said: “Our troops will stand behind women and children, not in front…“
Let us remind you that in March of 2015 a drone of the ‘SOS ARMY’ found a BM-21 ‘Grad’ rocket launcher unit and a truck loaded with ammunition in two kilometers from these multistorey buildings on the parking lot near another multistorey residential building.
In the March video made by a drone of the ‘SOS ARMY‘ the multistorey buildings in Lenin Street in Pervomaisk mentioned in this article can be seen.
One of the frames shows military vehicles standing near residential buildings.
Thus, the Russian terrorists not only refuse to fulfill agreements set to reduce tension in the region and protect lives of peaceful citizens, but also provoke Ukrainian forces by firing from yards and residential buildings, using peaceful population as a human shield.
