Russian occupants still hold captive Captain 2nd Rank Vyacheslav M. Dem’yanenko (Sevastopol military unit commander). His physical condition in the dungeons of the Black Sea Fleet administration remains unknown. Earlier V. Seleznev emphasized that he had known Dem’yanenko personally and was confident in his steadfastness and loyality to Ukraine.

We need urgent help and assistance of all possible organizations, including diplomatic and security ones, to release the officer from captivity.
