On March 9, 2022, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine published a list of war criminals of the Russian Special Rapid Response Unit (SOBR) Vector of the Russian Guard in the Volgograd Oblast, who are taking part in punitive operations against the civilian population in the temporarily uncontrolled territories of Ukraine.

We managed to identify most of them.

Such a format for presenting information is not in the style of InformNapalm, but now there is no time for making a detailed dossier on each of these war criminals. The presented data in the form of photos, links and archives is quite enough for identification. We are not positively certain about several of them, therefore we marked them with “presumably”.
