Commanders of the Ukrainian military units in the Crimea, especially in Sevastopol started receiving fake policy documents on behalf of the current Minister of Defence of Ukraine. Thus, on March, 14 an order from the Minister of Defence from 13.03.14 № 98 (original below) was received. The document contains phrases, which are not inherent to the military lexicon adopted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There is plenty of significant grammatical mistakes in the text (marked in yellow). Commander of the Navy of Ukraine rear Admiral Haiduk, ordered his subordinates not to execute the requirements of the false document and to act in accordance with the Manuals of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to fulfill the oath given to a people of Ukraine.
