The Counterintelligence Department of the Security Service of Ukraine intercepted a conversation of the leaders of the terrorists of the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic” discussing their plans to shell Mariupol. This is a proof of cynical and deliberate crimes against humanity, planned and committed by the terrorists in the Donetsk Oblast.
In the conversation, a militant of the so-called DPR (call sign “Terrorist”) gives an order to use multiple launch rocket systems against civilians of Mariupol. His accomplice (call sign “Pepel”) is willing to comply with the order to shell a densely populated residential area of the city and then report on the results.

The SBU Counterintelligence acquired conclusive evidence of implication of DPR terrorists in the shelling of Mariupol on January 24, 2015. The order to use multiple launch rocket systems against residential areas of Mariupol was given by a native and resident of the city who is currently in Donetsk.
Call sign “Terrorist”, Serhiy Leonidovych Ponomarenko, born July 16, 1977, was repeatedly brought to criminal liability for theft and robbery.
Terrorist: Well, what do we have there?
Pepel: Nothing, I am working.
Terrorist: And where do you [fire]?
Pepel: Everywhere a little bit…
Terrorist: Fuck, sprinkle [fire — Ed.] decently over Vostochny [a district in Mariupol — Ed.], shit, do it alright once at least…
Pepel: Fuck, [there are] nine-storey [buildings] there, bro.
Terrorist: Come on, they are fuck knows where, man… [The checkpoint is] fucking far from them. Sprinkle the highway over and the checkpoint itself. Shit, it is probably about 1.5 kilometers away from those fucking nine-storey [buildings]…

Terrorist: Bro…
Pepel: Shit, I asked you, [if there are] any ‘eyes’ [“fire adjuster” in military jargon — Ed.] and you fucking [told], “I [will do that] myself”…
Terrorist: Well, don’t worry… That’s fucking garbage, bro… Oh well, that’s all garbage, don’t worry…
Pepel: Yes, everything is fine, well… [They] will simply run away faster…
Terrorist: You’d better fuck Talakivka, sprinkle that shit over there…
