This day was marked with treachery by the terrorists. Three officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine went unarmed, and with a white flag, to an agreed meeting to negotiate the release of captive Ukrainian volunteers. The three officers were then taken hostage by the terrorists.
The disgusting actions of terrorists has already become commonplace: shelling of dwelling houses or mortars set in playgrounds in kindergarten do not surprise anyone in Ukraine anymore. The terrorists regularly prove that their only purpose for coming to Ukraine is to destroy the infrastructure of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. They mine roads, water pipelines, factories, and plants. Luhansk is today on the verge of not only humanitarian but environmental catastrophe as a result of these terrorist actions.
This latest action of seizing the Ukrainian officers who were under the protection of the white flag for negotiations is another demonstration of the morality of the terrorists.
