A Donetsk `selfie’ fan continues revealing the hidden equipment of the Russian hybrid army

on 04/13/2015 | | Main News | News | Russian Military Assessment Print This Post Print This Post

While conducting OSINT surveillance (open-source intelligence) we found pictures which show the location of a self-propelled 120mm mortar 2S9 “Nona” of the Russian hybrid army in Donetsk, which should have been withdrawn from the city a long time ago. This is evidence of another violation of the Minsk agreements by the Russian terrorists and, of course, Russia.

The first part of the story about the amateur terrorist can be found in the article “Makiivka: The terrorist’s selfie disclosed the place of Russian hybrid army equipment concentration”

You can find a high resolution pictures here and in the internet archive.

According to Wikimapia, the place shown in the pictures is an Eastern Territorial Command military base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (unit #2240)

The location of a hangar and a multi-storey building corresponds to the exact geotag.

I remind, in our previous article we were trying to locate the place of “a selfie with Ural and hangar on the background”. This hangar and building corresponds exactly to these ones, so the location is confirmed.
