During last week the InformNapalm team got a lot of different coordinates of the terrorist bases, firing point, military equipment and heavy armed vehicles.

Most of the coordinate were cross-checked, processed and transferred to the Ukrainian artillery directly. Many of them were successfully used. But there are the terrorist firing points that can’t be eliminated by out artillery, because they are in immediate proximity to schools, hospitals and houses. It is notices that more often terrorists hide behind civilians, claiming that they are “protectors of the Russian world and new Russia.” Hiding behind the pro-Russian propaganda slogans, they attack and kill the native Donbass people.

In such a case, the other methods should be directed against terror and violence. So we would like to help to the OSCE observers, who really want to make an objective assessment of the actions of terrorists, rather than being Russian agents about of which have already been mentioned by many authoritative sources and experts.

Bellow we present the coordinates of which the terrorist armament (mortars, Grads, SAU and other guns been hiding among the civilian infrastructure in the ATO area) worked in recent time or may again start to work soon.

We ask the OSCE team to check following coordinates and surrounding areas in Donetsk:

• Likarnya Kalinina – 48°00′17.6″N 37°49′20.3″E (48.0049014, 37.8223014)
• Next to DS Druzhba, behind buildings of Illicha Ave , the Ukrainian State Research Institute of plastics, GP – 48°00′03.9″N 37°50′49.6″E (48.0010932, 37.8471011)
• The 7^th-8^th old mine – 47°59′49″N 37°51′12.4″E (47.9969364, 37.8534365).
• The Gorodok park nest to the 17^th hospital – 48°00′22.3″N 37°45′37.7″E (48.0062042, 37.7604711)
• There are mortar points among residential buildings – 47°58’32.25″N 37°46’13.17″E (11A Araviis’ka St) and 47°58’26.10″N 37°45’58,65″E (99 Kazanovoi St)
• There is BM-21RSZO GRAD in Donskoy district behind the Aushan store – 47°59′49″N 37°54′51.8″E (47.9969436, 37.9143763)
• Periodically can be seen RSZO next to the Azotniy STO, the 52^nd school – 47°59′24.3″N 37°42′22.6″E (47.990087, 37.70628)
• Very often the terorist RSZO is shelling from the intersection on Kyivskyi Ave – 48°02’32.4″N 37°46’44.8″E (48.042324, 37.779117)
• Very often RSZO GRAD and a cannon are shelling here (48.004089, 37.769568)
• The terrorist firing points are next to the railway station only in 60m from residential houses. They very often are shelling airport from here 48°02′39.9″N 37°44′52.5″E (48.044089, 37.747787), 48°2’41″N 37°44’57″E and 48°03’14.5″N 37°45’29.9″E (48.054020, 37.758315)
• The terrorist firing point  47°58’48″N 37°39’54″E – 58m from residential houses
• The terrorist firing point   47°59’17.1″N 37°41’59.4″E (47.988069,37.699839) – 154m from residential houses
• The terrorist firing point   48°02′10.7″N 37°45′01.9″E
• The terrorist firing point 48°02’00.0″N 37°44’30.0″E (48.033333, 37.741667). They very often are shelling airport from here.

• The terrorist firing point in residential area 48°02′01.1″N 37°45′25″E (48.0336282, 37.7569413)

In Horlivka:

• SAU AKATSIYA is under cover next to the building of the Trade Union PCH-16 next to a residential building on Fadjejeva St – (48.35916,38.02866) 48°21’33.0″N 38°01’43.2″E (48.359160, 38.028660).

In Makiivka:

• The terrorist firing point 48°03’35.2″N 37°50’34.9″E (059790, 37.843029)
• The terrorist firing point 48°2’25″N 37°51’47″E

In Luhansk

• from the residential area on Partyzanska St and Motornyi Ln four GRADs are shelling  Shchastya -48°35′45.3″N 39°19′32.4″E (48.595905, 39.325665)

It’s not all the coordinates from which terrorists are intermittently shelling the Ukrainian forces and also carry on provocative attacks of the civilian areas.

We appeal to the OSCE to pay attention to the above listed data and draw the appropriate conclusions. Terrorism is a global threat and cannot be ignored any of its manifestations, be it a tiny terrorist cell or an entire State, represented by the Russian Federation that serves as an international terrorist.
