Infographics [UA] together with InformNapalm community prepared the first part of the summarized data on the participants of the Russian military operation in Syria – the Russian air forces’ pilots and navigators.

As you recall, we delivered an ultimatum to the Russian authorities in the beginning of October. And each ceasefire violation case in Donbas is followed by a publication of another portion of the personal data on the Russian pilots based on the analysis of the information in open sources. This is our asymmetric response on the ‘hybrid’ actions of the Kremlin in both Ukraine and Syria. Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for the Russian president, responded to the ultimatum, calling the publication of personal data of Russian pilots in the media ‘the hostile actions’.

By now we have disclosed the information about 11 officers of Russia’s air-space forces – these are the crews of Su-24M aircrafts with side numbers ’04’, ’05’, ’16’, ’26’, Su-24M with registration No. ‘0715323’, Su-30SM with side No. ‘red 27’ and the air control officer who proved IL-20 electronic warfare aircraft usage in the military operation in Syria.

It should be noted, that Human Rights Watch (HRW) organization has accused Russia in the deaths of dozens of civilians during the bombing of the Syrian cities. According to HRW, 59 civilians were killed only in two attacks in the north of the province of Homs, and the strike on Gant village was the bloodiest one – 46 members of one family were killed (including 12 women and 32 children). Besides that, the Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu stated on October 7 that ‘Only 2 of 57 Russian airstrikes targeted ISIS’. This is a clear example of objectives Russia pursues, inciting tensions in the region. In this regard, the Russian air forces’ officers involved in a military operation in Syria are war criminals who do not fight with the militants of ‘Islamic State’ but kill Syrian civilians.
